This blend of famed Rhone varietal grapes, Syrah and Mourvedre, is grown in Netofa's vineyards in the lower Galilee, near the famous Kerem ben Zimra. This area is well known for having one of the best climates in israel for grape growing. While many wines from Israel are big and bold, Domaine Netofa wines are refined and elegant, after the the Rhone valley style of winemaking.

The wine is dark and concentrated, bursting with scents of raspberries, blueberries, and slightly sweet plum, surrounded by abundant aromas of toasted oak, coffee, and earth. It has a rich, heavy body with an outstanding ripe fruit flavor, caressing sweetness, and delightful tartness. It pairs well with rich meats or stews.

Is in the classic style of the Southern Rhone Valley in France, the source of the famous Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre blend. Each of the components brings its qualities to the wine which balances power with elegance. The wine is aged for a period of 15 months in French oak barrels and has deep forest fruit aromas and a subtle freshness.

Cline Rock Carved Cabernet Sauvignon has classic Alexander Valley blackberry, boysenberry, and cinnamon flavors with balanced acidity and a full tannin structure. The dark purple color compliments aromas of Blackberry and plum.

Fog Swept Pinot Noir attains a perfect balance between old and new world styles of Pinot Noir. It has the rich California flavors of bright cherry, pomegranate, and wild strawberries, while preserving the fresh acidity and classic earthiness that is synonymous with Pinot Noir.

On the nose strawberry fields forever, feral and savory with high end notes of sage and spring grass. On the palate under ripe bing cherry and tart cranberry, smoked duck and rhubarb. Savory and long with piercing fruit and mineral.

This Pinot Noir comes from the Petaluma Gap. The Gap is a smaller AVA within Sonoma County and is known for afternoon winds and cool temperatures through much of the growing season. The vines are often shrouded in fog which makes for a long, cool growing season and maximum flavors. Grapes are hand harvested. Lots are 100% destemmed to lessen tannins, and whole berries are transferred to tank.

In keeping with the extraordinary growing season, the 2021 Jubilation by Colgin Cellars is brimming with intense fruits and pure mineral notes of stone and graphite. Vivid aromas of black cherry, baking spices and savory herbs resonate on the nose. Sleek, yet silky tannins glide across the palate with a graceful feel. The Negroamaro “PARITARU” pays homage to the figure of the “Paritaru,” the skilled artisan who, with his craftsmanship and knowledge, was able to build the “Pajaru”, a rural structure constructed using the dry stone wall method, which served as a refuge for farmers and shepherds.
