Lorraine is 100% Syrah from a combination of marine soils with cobbles and sandstone vineyards laced with chalk.  This wine always has the reddest fruits of our Syrahs, and the sweetest roundest tannins.  Aged 3.5 years in barrel and bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Our wine, made from premium vineyards in the Paso Robles AVA, captures the spirit of 1850’s California. It’s a rebellious red, fermented in stainless steel and oak, with notes of dark fruit, brown spice, and a dusting of toasted tobacco that offers you a distinct taste of Paso Robles.

Naturally Sweet Pinot Noir is the newest addition to the Robert Mondavi Private Selection collection. With zero added sugars, Naturally Sweet Pinot Noir is made sweet through arrested fermentation, leaving some of the natural sugars from the grapes before converting to alcohol, the company says.

Robert Mondavi Private Selection Heritage Red Wine showcases ripe, fruit-forward flavors blended primarily from syrah and merlot grapes. This red blend opens with decadent aromas of chocolate-covered cherry, strawberry shortcake and vanilla bean.
