Flirty, fun, and young' are the words to describe Stella RosaÒ Pink, the semi-sweet, semi-sparkling Italian wine that is understated. She's a tease on the eyes but means business on the palate.

A lovely rose, offering a delicate pink hue and crystalline reflections with aromas of peach, and melon. Shows great depth with mineral structure and complexity on the mouthwatering finish.

This rare delicacy produced in phenomenal vintages receives 5 years of gravefull aging, with 2 years in oak barrels. Crimson color, fine complexity and beautiful oak nuances, flow into smooth vanilla notes, rich black cherry fruit with subties hints of leather, balsamic and spice. Excellent depth and pure finish.

Medium to deep red. Berry, plum and spice with vanillin oak aromas on the nose. Medium to full bodied with berry, plum and spice flavours on the palate supported by attractive sweet oak char and spice.

Bright garnet hue. Sweet, grapey raspberry licorice nose. A rich entry leads a viscous, medium-bodied palate with fresh fruit flavors and marked sweetness. Pleasant finish. An interesting style that would work well with chocolate.

TASTE: Ripe blackberries lead with notes of toasted caramel, violet with ripe tannins and well balanced acidity

APPEARANCE: Purplish red

The nose is fruity, fresh, relatively fine and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, plum and a hint of cassis jam associated with fine touches of chocolate, cardamom, a discreet hint of tea and a very fine / discreet hint of balsamic.

A sweet, smooth white grape wine acclaimed for its mellow nature. Pairs best with desserts, pastries and fruit. Great sipping wine with friends!
