Here, sandy/gravel soils, year-round sunshine and 60°F/15°C day-to-night temperature shifts combine for exceptional conditions in which to grow healthy, high-quality organic grapes. The result: super-flavorful, fresh-tasting, naturally elegant wines.

Very beautiful color, steady and deep. A first intense nose of soaked red berries reveals then some spicy notes of clove. The attack is very round. The mouth is ample, supported by very ripe tannins.

The Hoshen stones are gems that were set in the breatplate of the high priest during the time of the Second Temple.
