Pays d'Oc, South of France, France - An elegant, fruit-forward wine filled with ripe berry notes, this blend of 60% Cabernet and 40% Syrah has an appetizing spiciness to accompany the bright raspberry and blackberry. A crowd-pleaser at home with a weeknight dinner.

Our Single Vineyard collection is inspired by the Herzog family's ongoing commitment to sourcing and prospecting new vineyards. The Dry Creek Valley appellation features ancient hills with rocky soil that drains exceptionally well helping to stress the vines late in the growing season, and concentrate the flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon. This single vineyard wine displays a rich velvet ruby color, with aromas of blackberry, cinnamon and spice. Bold flavors of black raspberry appear in the finish, with silky notes of vanilla.

A delicious, rich, and smooth wine with well-focused currant, black cherry, and chocolate flavors supported by spicy oak nuances in the background. It pairs well with fried chicken or stir fry.

A powerful wine showing aromas of red fruit and hints of earth and smoke. On the palate the wine is thick with good acidity. 28 months of aging in oak barrels resulted in a perfect balance between the wood and the fruit and a strong finish.
