Pale green-yellow color. Intense vegetal and citrus aromas on the nose. An unctuous, yet powerful, palate. The intense gooseberry flavors are complimented by a long lasting finale.

With cellars located in the charming, hilltop town of Sancerre, Jean-Laurent and Jean-Dominique Vacheron have vineyards in mainly the eastern part of Sancerre on hard, flinty soils as well as smaller holding on softer limestone and clay soils.
Tasting Notes: A light but fragrant bouquet of herbals flavors, grapefruit, and citrus. “Refreshing” and “Crisp” were words that came to mind when the wine hit the palate. It finishes with more lemon-citrus and mineral hints.
This crisp white wine opens with pink grapefruit notes mixed with delicate white flowers and honey. Vibrant acidity drives the fresh palate, which also suggests stone fruit and a touch of minerality.
