In order to be a representative of the whole Danube appellation KAMPTAL, vineyards and grapes from the lower part of the valley, as well as grapes from the upper and higher altitude part of valley are used. The grapes from the lower part bring the maturity, whereas grapes from the upper part of the valley brings us the freshness in this wine. The ‘classical’ KAMPTAL wine is low in Alcohol (11,5 – 12,5%) and has a pleasant but not obtrusive aroma and fruit character and therefore is a perfect food companion.
Pink-hued and funky, this skin-contact orange wine brims with clementine and orange peel notes on the nose, supported by an overtone of honeysuckle. The light palate has a texture reminiscent of citrus pith and tingles with freshness, while clementine and white pepper notes are highlighted by the bone-dry nature. Pale lemon in color with aromas of orange blossoms, green apple and slate on the nose. Clean minerality on the palate with notes of Acacia honey and straw.Located in the village of Mollands in northern Kamptal, the Hager Matthias estate is comprised of 12.5 hectares.
Grüner Veltliner is the “queen” of the white varieties in Austria. Its main characteristics are the fruity-spicy nose, also called “Pfefferl” referring to pepper.
The bouquet promises fresh fruits and ripeness as well: yellow apple, honey melon, and a hint of quince. Subtle exotic hints enhance the juicy feeling on the palate, while the classic aspects of Grüner Veltliner with pronounced herbal, spicy, and peppery fruit are evident more during the long aftertaste. Bone dry with a vivid finish. An excellent drinking pleasure.
100% Riesling. Pichler-Krutzler from Austria's famed Wachau region is Erich Krutzler and his wife Elisabeth Pichler-Krutzler, the son-in-law and daughter of F.X. Pichler. Erich is a very serious and talented winemaker in his own right, having inherited a great Blaufraenkisch vineyard in Suedburgenland from his family estate, Krutzler, where he was for several years the winemaker, and has had a couple of international award-winning projects in Slovenia.
This wine is light-to-medium in body and often shows floral notes along with classic straw, wheat and savory flavors that Grüner Veltliner is known for.

This is a straightforward, spicy Grüner; light in body and fruit-driven, this is a stellar white "table wine", able to pair well with just about anything white wine goes with.
Inviting flavors of fresh peach and tropical fruit on the nose. Juicy on the palate, delicate vineyard peach aromas, grapefruit zests, attractive spicyness, salty minerals, lively acidity, elegant texture.
