1848 2nd Generation Syrah is a wine with a unique combination of freshness and depth of flavors. The wine is fruity, earthy, and very spicy, but also has a wonderful and pleasant finish.

Psagot Winery was established in the summer of 2003. The winery's cellar is a cave which keeps an optimal constant temperature with high humidity, making it an ideal environment for the aging of wine.

1848 Winery Generations Red Blend 2022 is a dark red wine bursting with vibrant flavors of red fruit, mint, and tobacco leaves. Full-bodied and rich, it offers a complex profile that captivates the palate.

Zion Winery Capital Merlot is a very impressive wine for its price. It is rich and intense and requires a long opening before drinking. When opened, a wealth of deep flavors are revealed with spices that continue well into the finish.

October 7th is a defining event that affected every one of us and the entire nation of Israel. We at Psagot Winery believe that light can emanate from places of darkness, therefore we chose to focus of light.

The nose displays lifted and rich fruit, is well integrated, and perfectly balanced with both French and Hungarian oak barrels. Psagot Homeland is a blend of 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Shiraz Petite Verdot 6% Petite Syrah 6%. Homeland is a blend, creating an elegant and layered wine.

Zion Kalil is a light, low-alcohol wine crafted with the timeless tradition of Zion Winery. With its refined, soft, and pleasantly smooth profile, it offers an easy and enjoyable drinking experience.

The Psagot Rose is a blend of red grape varietals. The grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the Northern Jerusalem Mountains at a height of 700 meters. The wine is a nice looking, very salmon colored, almost fading to a touch of brick color.

Winemaker, Eli Ben-Zaken, crafts this wine by allocating a portion of premium grape varietals - Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc - destined for the winery's flagship wine, Domaine du Castel Grand Vin. The grapes are picked early to ensure that the resulting wine has enough acidity to offer the crisp and tart nature of a rose that is expected.

The Psagot Sinai White is delicately floral, fruity, elegant and refreshing. With aromas of rose petals, melon and citrus, the palate is fresh and fleshy with soft notes of peach and citrus.

The grapes for this elegant and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc were night harvested from our finest highest quality vineyards in the Jerusalem Mountains. The nose displays lifted, rich citrus and melon fruit, and finishes with a refreshing minerality.

Merlot essence is an exquisite red wine characterized by its combination of enchanting red fruit profile including cherry and strawberry aromas with subtle scents of tobacco and pine needles.

The Psagot Prat is a red port wine made from grapes grown in the Judean Hills. The color is a dark purple, with floral notes of dark fruit, chocolate, and rose pedals. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, which adds nice vanilla oak flavors to the complex fruit flavors.
