This Classico wine is made from grapes grown in the "Mata" vineyard at the heart of the Judean Hills. After traditional vinification, the wine is aged for 10 months in French & American oak barrels. This wine is a proprietary blend from the winemakers at Psagot, which means that the grapes will not be revealed but I'm guessing there is either some Syrah or Zinfandel due to the spicy nature of the wine.
