Mtevino Saperavi Qvevri Khashmi Red Dry 2019 is a captivating Georgian wine that embodies the essence of traditional winemaking. Crafted from the indigenous Saperavi grape and fermented in qvevris buried underground, this red dry wine from the Khashmi region offers a unique and authentic tasting experience.
Produced from Kisi grapes grown in our estate owned vineyards in village Tsinadali of Kakhet region. Fermentation is driven by natural yeast. Aged in oak barrels. This golden color wine with aromas of spices, quince and ripe fruits is full-body, with soft tannins and a long harmonious ending. Recommended serving temperature 52-54 degrees F.
Kindzmarauli is an excellent wine from Georgia, made from a Saperavi sort of vine, cultivated in the Kindzmarauli micro-zone of Kvareli. The wine is garmet red with a balanced mild taste and tender flavour. The wine is recommended together with fruits and cheese under a temperature 60 °F - 65 °F.
Semi-sweet red wine made from Saperavi grapes is produced in a traditional way. After 5-7 days of maceration, when the desired level of residual sugar is reached, the fermentation process is stopped by cooling and filtering the wine, thereby preserving its natural sweetness and freshness. Dessert wine, served with fresh fruits, desserts, it goes well with spicy meat dishes, spicy cheeses and chocolate cakes.

Mosmieri Tsinandali 2017 is a white dry wine made entirely from autochthonous Rkatsiteli grapes. Hand-harvested grapes are crushed and after short time cold maceration the juice is fermented in high quality stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Even without Mtsvane grape blending it is smooth and balanced like a classical Tsinandali.
