On the palate it is crisp and fresh with hints of banana and tropical salads. Its subtly creamy and complex taste is from partial ageing in french oak. Grapey perfume on the nose, with citrus, blossom, orange jelly and apricot. Ripe and textured on the palate, with more quince jam, mango, apricot juice and a pinch of white spices, balanced by polished acidity and a touch of tannin. The finish is beautifully long with dried yellow fruits. Aged on skins for 6 months, this is a complex yet refined qvevri wine that's instantly enjoyable.
The wine is made from Rkatitseli grape variety from Telavi region using old Georgian traditional technology. Juice fermentation and aging on skins was done in Qvevri for 6 months. The wine is characterized with light straw color, soft tannins and velvet aftertaste. Best matches with cheese and meat.

Kisi grape were selected from our old vineyards, and fermented for six months in the traditional clay vessel - Ovevri buried in the ground in our wine cellar. After the primary fermentation the wine is pressed and transferred to the French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and maturation. Aromas of dried peach, pines and white flowers, The palate is full, with flavors of black tea and pears supported by firm tannins, followed by a long lingering finish.
