Mosmieri Tsinandali 2017 is a white dry wine made entirely from autochthonous Rkatsiteli grapes. Hand-harvested grapes are crushed and after short time cold maceration the juice is fermented in high quality stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Even without Mtsvane grape blending it is smooth and balanced like a classical Tsinandali.
This amber wine has been produced from the highest quality selected Khikhvi grapes harvested in Kakheti. Pleasant aromas of nutmeg and honey. Full body, supple and generous palate, with apple, orange, honey and cooked fruit in abundance. All these and more flavors blaze the mouth until you have swallowed it, when the aftertaste is a wondrously fresh.
Dry white wine of protected designation of origin Tsinandali is an excellent wine from Georgia, made from the highest quality grape varieties. Cultivated in Tsinandali micro zone. The wine has a pale gold color, fruity flavor and balanced taste. This wine is recommended together with salads, cheese, dishes from poultry and fish under the temperature of 50 °F - 57 °F.
Dry white wine, made from the Rkatsiteli grape variety, unique to the Kakheti region. Created using the Georgian traditional Qvevri method, the wine is amber in color, with enticing aromas of ripe fruits, dried fruits, and spices. The wine is full-bodied, characterized by strong tannins, acidity, and a graceful, long finish.

Fermentation is driven by natural east. Aged in oak barrels this light straw color wine perfectly preserves aromas typical to these varieties displayed with peaches, quince and wild flowers flavors deliciously combined with oak and vanilla notes remaining with long finish. Recommended serving temperature 52-54 degrees F.

Kisi grape were selected from our old vineyards, and fermented for six months in the traditional clay vessel - Ovevri buried in the ground in our wine cellar. After the primary fermentation the wine is pressed and transferred to the French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and maturation. Aromas of dried peach, pines and white flowers, The palate is full, with flavors of black tea and pears supported by firm tannins, followed by a long lingering finish.
Made from Mtsvane grape variety harvested in Kakheti region, Manavi micro-zone. Wine has straw color with tints of green, characterized with the aromas of pear and field flowers and well balanced acidity. Food pairing: chicken salad, cold dishes.
