Bursting with aromas of sweet cherries, berries, rose petals and orange zest, the 2022 Bourgogne Côte d'Or is medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, with a succulent, charming profile that belies its track record of aging with grace.

Jean-Marc’s Bourgogne Blanc is a value play for those in the know. The Bourgogne vines are located below Chassagne in the commune of Remigny. Jean-Marc also allocates up to 15% of each press of the Village and 1er Cru whites to be blended into the Bourgogne Blanc.

Simonnet-Febvre Chablis Vaillons Premier Cru is an excellent example of the characteristics of a Chablis wine: freshness, acidity, minerality and notes of flowers and fruit.

Fourth-generation vigneron Bruno Colin is privileged to work some of the most prestigious sites in his home village of Chassagne-Montrachet. The house style could be described as a classical expression of these great climats, offering loads of Burgundian terroir with lovely texture, class, and precision.

The premier cru La Fussière is located in the town of Dezize-Les-Maranges, the Pinot Noir vines are expressed on stony white soils resting on blue marls. Bruno Colin's vines were planted in 1986 and are cultivated using sustainable cultivation with soil work and plowing.

Puligny Montrachet Premier Cru "La Truffière" from Domaine Colin is produced in small quantities and has a beautiful upright character and a sublime mineral balance.

At the very top of the Côte de Beaune between the villages of Meursault and Puligny, a few vineyard rows abut the forest known as the Bois de Blagny. Conditions are slightly cooler due to the elevation and the proximity to these woods, and the soil is chock-full of blocks of limestone.
