While it's full-bodied, with some grainy tannins, it's not unapproachable, with a long, dusty-textured finish.

The 2019 Gandona is simply magnificent. A wine of soaring intensity and structure the 2019 marries power richness and depth. Inky dark fruit chocolate black cherry leather and torrefaction all race across the palate. There is plenty of the opulence readers have come to expect here but with an extra kick of vibrancy that adds a feeling of energy the earlier vintages did not have. This is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Gewurztraminer from the Grgich family's American Canyon Vineyard, a cool an dwindy site where the grapes ripen late, before the onset of botrytis. It's a beautifully balanced white, scented with notes of honey and brioche.

A classic ice-wine style. Deep golden color, with vibrant, pure fruit aromas of ripe apricot, pineapple, and lychee. The rich, voluptuous mouth feel yields fresh fruit flavors that are full bodied and sweet yet wonderfully fresh and lively due to the balanced acidity. The finish is aromatic and lingering. The fine balance of this wine gives it excellent aging potential.

A richly textured and luxuriously balanced wine, showing flavors of baked peaches enveloped by honey and warm ginger and clove, with an orange and cinnamon finish. Enjoy by itself, or try pairing with baked fruit pies, spiced desserts, or a selection of your favorite strongly-flavored cheeses.

Cline Rock Carved Cabernet Sauvignon has classic Alexander Valley blackberry, boysenberry, and cinnamon flavors with balanced acidity and a full tannin structure. The dark purple color compliments aromas of Blackberry and plum.

Hat Strap Chardonnay shows golden delicious apple, pineapple, and lemon zest flavors with hints of Freestone peach and macadamia nut. It’s a full-bodied, complex wine that finishes with great richness and length.

Fog Swept Pinot Noir attains a perfect balance between old and new world styles of Pinot Noir. It has the rich California flavors of bright cherry, pomegranate, and wild strawberries, while preserving the fresh acidity and classic earthiness that is synonymous with Pinot Noir.

Pale straw in color with aromas of gooseberry, lime, guava, lemon, pineapple, orange blossom. Medium body with crisp and vibrant acidity. Flavors of mouthwatering grapefruit, kiwi, pear and melon. Long and juicy finish.

Ingredients: Chardonnay grapes, fresh ginger. No added sulphur.

Tasting Notes:

Nose:  Tropical with Banana, floral, lychee, red apple, soft and warm feeling.

Nose: Saline, yellow pear, oyster shell, underripe pineapple, brioche, creme fraiche, lemon. Palate: Bright, fresh apple and pear skin, sweet cream, sourdough bread, pie crust, lemon compote. 75 cases produced. Drink now through 2032.

On the nose strawberry fields forever, feral and savory with high end notes of sage and spring grass. On the palate under ripe bing cherry and tart cranberry, smoked duck and rhubarb. Savory and long with piercing fruit and mineral.

The 2022 Lumen Santa Maria Valley Chardonnay offers aromas of bartlett pear, ripe peach, fresh red apple, succulent, spring rain and fennel. On the palate, the thin line between the old world and new world. Fresh as the morning dew yet everything that California promises in Chardonnay and rarely delivers…this one does.

This Pinot Noir comes from the Petaluma Gap. The Gap is a smaller AVA within Sonoma County and is known for afternoon winds and cool temperatures through much of the growing season. The vines are often shrouded in fog which makes for a long, cool growing season and maximum flavors. Grapes are hand harvested. Lots are 100% destemmed to lessen tannins, and whole berries are transferred to tank.

Grapes for this Chardonnay come from three of our Sonoma Coast Vineyards located to the East of Petaluma - Catapult, Diamond Pile and Tolay Vista. This region is called “The Petaluma Gap”, defined as a corridor of cool air that comes from the Pacific Ocean and flows toward the east through the gap in the Sonoma Mountain range.
