Very nice deep ruby color, dazzling. Nose of black cherry, salted caramel, gingerbread. Full and indulgent on the palate with notes of brioche. Very nice impression of sweetness.

Lovely clear shimmering ruby. The nose is delicate and offers aromas of red fruit and warm spices. The mouth is velvety, fresh and elegant with harmonious tannins and definite touch of smokiness.

Thanks to night harvesting, the cuvee benefits from several hours of low temperature skin-contact maceration. The different grape varietals are vinified separately with temperature controlled at 60 degrees F following cold settling.

Grape variety, 100% Sauvignon Blanc, organic (not certified), 8 months' ageing in bulk with some lees stirring, lightly fined & filtered before bottling. Located at the northern edge of the appellation De Tracy's vineyard is south-west facing, on flint and Kimmeridgian soils and extends from "Tracy hill" to the "Champs de Cris" plateau. 32 hectares are in production.

Patrick Piuze Petit Chablis 2022 is crafted from a parcel on the Grand Cru hill, just next to the esteemed Preuses, giving it a unique "petit Preuses" character. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, it showcases crisp, pure minerality with vibrant citrus and floral notes.
