The "second wine" of Napa's exalted Covenant Winery, Covenant "Red C" Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and opulent, yet accessible. Winemaker Jeff Morgan crafts this in the same style as his top Cabernet, resulting in a highly vivacious character with ripe, round, black cherry, blackberry and herb flavors couched in firm acidity and soft, supple tannins.

This wine Herzog Special Reserve Quartet is a blend of 36% Petit Verdot, 31% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Malbec and 15% Zinfandel. Opens with notes of dark cherries, blueberries, and a mouthful of spice and vanilla, complemented by lengthy, developed tannins, finishing with a hint of dark chocolate.

This wine is huge, expansive and profound. There are wood-smoke and tobacco fragrances alongside blackberry and dark cherry flavors. The body is full and thick however there are delicate tannins in the surface.

Winemaker's Notes: The Monterey vineyards where our Pinot Noir grapes are grown offer ideal sun exposure, which ensures ripe fruit for us to make a rich, complex, fruit-driven wine.

Liberty Creek Pinot Grigio is light-bodied with hints of citrus fruits and notes of ripe apple. It pairs perfectly with light pasta dishes and fresh green salads.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is rich with ripe, dark fruit flavors, complemented by a touch of Petite Sirah that enhances its deep fruit character and structure. A hint of Merlot adds to the plush mouthfeel, creating a well-rounded and satisfying wine.

Rich in texture with a lingering finish and versatile enough to complement just about any cuisine. Oak aging rounds out the palate and gives the wine its body. Deep rich berry compote flavors. Pinot from beginning to silky finish.

Dark Horse Sauvignon Blanc showcases flavors of lively pink grapefruit layered with fresh tropical fruits and bright citrus with a crisp, vibrant finish. Vinted and bottled by Dark Horse Wines, a brand of E. & J. Gallo Winery.

Apothic Red is a bold and captivating California red blend with rich notes of dark fruit, vanilla, and mocha. Smooth and full-bodied, this wine delivers a balanced taste with a lingering, velvety finish.

This "summer Chardonnay" shows bright tropical flavors highlighted by a touch of French oak. Ripe citrus, summer fruit, peach, and pear, aligned with a touch of vanilla and smoke; partially barrel fermented.

Carnivor Cabernet is a unique combination—full-bodied flavors with finesse. Petite sirah grapes lend Carnivor Cabernet its deep purple color and full structure. Toasty flavors of oak, espresso, and chocolate bring an edge to the dark jammy fruit in this wine.
