Mosmieri Tsinandali 2017 is a white dry wine made entirely from autochthonous Rkatsiteli grapes. Hand-harvested grapes are crushed and after short time cold maceration the juice is fermented in high quality stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Even without Mtsvane grape blending it is smooth and balanced like a classical Tsinandali.
This amber wine has been produced from the highest quality selected Khikhvi grapes harvested in Kakheti. Pleasant aromas of nutmeg and honey. Full body, supple and generous palate, with apple, orange, honey and cooked fruit in abundance. All these and more flavors blaze the mouth until you have swallowed it, when the aftertaste is a wondrously fresh.
This wine has a golden color, and a characterful fruity aroma. The flavor is rich, full of fruit and flower notes with a long sweet finish.
This straw-colored wine is made from Rkatsiteli grapes and boasts a bouquet characteristic of wines produced in the Kakhetian style as well as tones of dried fruit.

On the palate it is crisp and fresh with hints of banana and tropical salads. Its subtly creamy and complex taste is from partial ageing in french oak. The wine is made from Rkatitseli grape variety from Telavi region using old Georgian traditional technology. Juice fermentation and aging on skins was done in Qvevri for 6 months. The wine is characterized with light straw color, soft tannins and velvet aftertaste. Best matches with cheese and meat.
