After 5-7 days of maceration, when the desired level of residual sugar is reached, the fermentation process is stopped by cooling and filtering the wine, thereby preserving its natural sweetness and freshness. Dessert wine, served with fresh fruits, desserts, it goes well with spicy meat dishes, spicy cheeses and chocolate cakes.
The wine is made from specially selected Kisi grapes in Akhmeta region. It is characterized by a light straw color, a refined and harmonious taste, aromas of field flowers and citrus.

Alazani Valley is an excellent wine cultivated at Eastern Georgia. This wine is produced using selected Saperavi grapes grown in winery's own vineyards. The wine is made from Rkatitseli grape variety from Telavi region using old Georgian traditional technology. Juice fermentation and aging on skins was done in Qvevri for 6 months. The wine is characterized with light straw color, soft tannins and velvet aftertaste. Best matches with cheese and meat.
Appellation controlled wine, produced from specially selected Saperavi grapes grown in Kindzmarauli appellation of Kakheti region. The wine perfectly displays aroma peculiar to this variety combined with notes of cherry and blackberry, presented with dark red color. Velvet and dense taste is nicely harmonized with natural sweetness.
