In order to be a representative of the whole Danube appellation KAMPTAL, vineyards and grapes from the lower part of the valley, as well as grapes from the upper and higher altitude part of valley are used. The grapes from the lower part bring the maturity, whereas grapes from the upper part of the valley brings us the freshness in this wine. The ‘classical’ KAMPTAL wine is low in Alcohol (11,5 – 12,5%) and has a pleasant but not obtrusive aroma and fruit character and therefore is a perfect food companion.
This dry amber wine is made of Goruli Mtsvane grape variety, derived from the Kartli region. It was made in Qvevri using the Georgian traditional method with the long skin contact. It has amber color and dominant aromas of yellow fruits and almond at the beginning and dried fruits and spices at the finish. This Goruli mtsvane wine is well balanced and has the velvety tannins. It perfectly pairs with the grilled vegetables and barbeque.
Mosmieri Tsinandali 2017 is a white dry wine made entirely from autochthonous Rkatsiteli grapes. Hand-harvested grapes are crushed and after short time cold maceration the juice is fermented in high quality stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Even without Mtsvane grape blending it is smooth and balanced like a classical Tsinandali.
This amber wine has been produced from the highest quality selected Khikhvi grapes harvested in Kakheti. Pleasant aromas of nutmeg and honey. Full body, supple and generous palate, with apple, orange, honey and cooked fruit in abundance. Dry white wine made from Krakhuna grape variety, appellation - Imereti. Krakhuna is an Imeretian variety of white grape, which tends to ripen late, and from which some of the strongest and most full-bodied Imeretian white wines are produced.
Tsitska is made using from Tsitska grape variety, which is cultivated in west Georgia. The wine exhibits a pale straw color. It has strong citrus aromas. The wine has soft, elegant taste joined with pleasant soumess.
