Meticulous, selective harvesting, sorting, and fermentation process, of four noble grape varietals. followed by aging in high-quality French oak barrels and further aging in the bottle, retained the original fruit flavors. A premium, prestigious wine, with a deep Bordeaux-red color and full, round, balanced taste.
A unique combination of Upper Galilee terroir, with select vineyards rich with history that can be traced back for centuries. Meticulous, selective harvesting, sorting and fermentation process of a unique blend of 3 varietals originating historically from Spain, produced a premium, Mediterranean style wine, with an emphasis on aromatic spice, potency and complexity of the flavors typical of these varietals.
Dark garnet in color, with aromas of jammy raspberries and blackberries, dried flowers, green bell pepper, and freshly brewed coffee, with hints of toasted oak and a touch of freshly cracked black pepper. Full-bodied, concentrated with flavors of ripe black and red berries, smoked wood, pepper, sweet plums, dried figs, roasted coffee beans with medium acidity and searing tannins as well as a hint of grape seeds bitterness on a long and rich finish.
The grapes for the Secret Reserve Petit Verdot are night-harvested from the finest vineyards in the Holy Land, and then aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, which contribute to its complexity and balance. Dark purple in color, with powerful fruit, aromas of spice, as well as intense multilayered flavors, this is a wine for those seeking excellence. Aging will further enhance this outstanding wine. This wine is unfiltered.
