Grapes were manually and selectively harvested at dawn, from carefully selected plots on the northern slopes of the mountain, which enjoy an ideal climate for growing high-quality, noble grape varieties. Dedicated care and personal attention to the vines yielded perfect grape clusters, which underwent meticulous sorting upon reaching the adjacent winery and controlled, supervised fermentation.
