The grapes for this elegant and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc were night harvested from our finest highest quality vineyards in the Jerusalem Mountains. The nose displays lifted, rich citrus and melon fruit, and finishes with a refreshing minerality.

This wine is unique to the winery, and is composed of 63% Merlot and 37% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It is bright Red, with flavors and aromas of strawberry, raspberry and citrus. Suitable as a dessert wine, serve very chilled.

The 1848 2nd Generation Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is made at the 1848 Winery founded in 2006 to honor the beginning of modern winemaking in Israel by its parent Zion Winery in 1848.

With aromas of black currant and thyme, this ruby-colored wine is bright in the mouth from first sip to zesty finish. Barely-there tannins support flavors of cranberry, pomegranate, Seville orange, oregano and sage.

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Sirah & Shiraz. The grapes for “our” Jewel were sourced and hand harvested from our finest plots of our highest quality vineyards in the Judean Hills.

Psagot De'Vine is a perfect blend of dry and sweet. This semi-sweet Bordeaux blend showcases the powerful Israeli fruit and the sweet tones from oak aging. The wine is medium bodied and has a touch of spice that lingers with the sweetness, creating a balanced drinking experience.

The Shiloh Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown in the fertile vineyards of Israel's Judea and Samaria. Light gold, with a delightful aromatic blend of ripe citrus fruits, pineapple and grass.

Barkan Reserve Chardonnay is from the Barkan Winery, the second largest in Israel. It was founded in 1990, and its head winemaker is Ed Salzberg. The winery moved to Kibbutz Hulda near Rehovot in 2000.

Dark, almost inky ruby red in color, with on the nose a powerful attack of sweet and spicy oak with notes of vanilla and cinnamon followed by jammy cherries and cloves.

Ephod Gesher Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah blends the best of both varietals. The aroma features notes of blackcurrant, ripe plums, and a touch of cedar. On the palate, this wine balances the structural backbone of Cabernet Sauvignon with the lush fruitiness and depth of Syrah.
