Mt. Amasa is made from grapes grown in the unique terroir of Yatir Forest. The wine was matured for 5 months in combination concrete amphorae, 500 liter oak barrels and stainless steel vats. Mt. Amasa is the meeting place between the Judean Hills, Negev and Judean Desert. 52% Viognier 33% Chenin Blanc 15% Roussanne.

1848 Cabernet Sauvignon Grand Reserve 2014 is a distinguished red wine from the Galilee region in Israel. Crafted with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this wine reflects the unique terroir of the area. The 2014 vintage is known for its depth and complexity, showcasing rich black fruit flavors, hints of cedar, and a touch of spice.

A unique combination of Upper Galilee terroir, with select vineyards rich with history that can be traced back for centuries. Meticulous, selective harvesting, sorting, and fermentation process, of four noble grape varietals. followed by aging in high-quality French oak barrels and further aging in the bottle, retained the original fruit flavors. A premium, prestigious wine, with a deep Bordeaux-red color and full, round, balanced taste.

A blend of varieties ideal for the Israeli climate, with aromas of black fruit and hints of Mediterranean herbs. Juicy, spicy and elegant. Aging: 10 months in small French oak barrels.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon produced from the Golan Heights and Upeer Galilee. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak. Complex with layers of rich black fruit. Balanced, full bodied with a long finish.

In 1998 Ella Valley Wineries was established to return the wine culture back to Israel with the tools, knowledge and technical advances to go forward into the 21st century. The Hai series of wines is a range specifically created for export, sourced from different vineyards throughout the country, with the aim of producing food friendly kosher wines.

The Mount Hermon Cabernet Sauvignon features classic Cabernet characters of berries and plum, complemented by complexing notes of herbs, earth and spice. With satisfying body and good concentration of flavor, the wine is wonderful for everyday drinking.

The fresh fruit, sweet/sour, of the 'Wonderful' species, is squeezed when it is at the peak of its ripeness, undergoes a fermentation process after which it is aged for a minimum of 12 months in stainless steel vats. Pomegranate is effective in lowering blood pressure, sugar, and cholesterol levels etc. Pomegranate is rich in anti-oxidants.

A series of light, accessible, especially aromatic, happy and enjoyable wines, with a naturally low alcohol percentage, with a slight bubble and a gentle sweetness. The wines are made in the style of the Italian "Muscato de Asti". Wines suitable for a wide range of consumption options, providing a drinking experience that does not require advance preparation. The Essence Malbec grapes originate from a vineyard site which has a unique and ideal microclimate. This site in the Ayalon Valley has a distinguishing airflow, allowing the vines to cool in the evening from the average daily temperatures.

A powerful wine showing aromas of red fruit and hints of earth and smoke. On the palate the wine is thick with good acidity. 28 months of aging in oak barrels resulted in a perfect balance between the wood and the fruit and a strong finish.

Winemaker, Eli Ben-Zaken, crafts this wine by allocating a portion of premium grape varietals - Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc - destined for the winery's flagship wine, Domaine du Castel Grand Vin. The grapes are picked early to ensure that the resulting wine has enough acidity to offer the crisp and tart nature of a rose that is expected.
