Made from a selection of 100% Tinto Fino vines (local name for the Tempranillo grape) from some of the oldest vines, age ranging from 25 – 75 years. Maceration during 28 days with the skins. Fermentation takes place in French Oak barrels and aged during 18 months in new French Allier barrels before being bottled.
For their dedication, their passion and being the axis of the Moro family, the third generation pays tribute to their mother, Felisa, with the brand's first organic wine free of added sulfites.
With successive vintages lauded by the national and international critics, this excellent wine is a real pleasure for the most demanding palates for its expressiveness and combination of nuances.
