Carson Scott Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 presents bold, heavy aromas of charred wood that lead into a tannic, oaky palate. This full-bodied wine is rich but remains somewhat stiff and one-dimensional, with its strong oak influence taking center stage.

This Cabernet Sauvignon truly expresses the depth and complexity of the grape. Perfumed with violets and wild berries, it shows strong varietal characters and rich, ripe plum fruit. Seamless and elegant, this wine shows big black fruit on the palette, fine grain soft tannins and a long coffee chocolate finish.

Layer Cake Cabernet Sauvignon is aged 3 months in old bourbon barrels, imparting a bolder and more intense character. It's dense, rich and jammy with scents of blackberry and vanilla and a long, mouth coating finish complimented by a hint of sweetness.
