Pillars of Hercules 2021 Red Blend by Giguiere Estate is a bold and expressive wine crafted from a dynamic mix of varietals. Bursting with dark fruit flavors, hints of spice, and velvety tannins, it delivers a rich and well-balanced taste.

This Pinot Noir opens with aromatic notes of black cherry and baking spice. The soft, silky palate features bright, fruity notes of cranberry, fig and fresh orange peel, with hints of dark, brambly fruit, black tea and clove.

The approachable, bright and flavorful J California Chardonnay was composed from three exceptional California growing regions. Aromas of vanilla and tropical fruit open on the wine, carrying through to the smooth, layered palate.

Plum core, crimson rim with a glossy sheen. There is an otherworldly aromatic element that is hard to define, a natural result of two hemispheres united by one winemaking philosophy. The Arabian spice souk leads the charge: dark, savory spice blends – harissa, baharat, cloves, nutmeg, pimento, cinnamon, fennel, anise.

From the ancient vines grown in the sandy clay loams of California, comes First Born Cabernet Sauvignon. This Select-Edition Cabernet Sauvignon is a dedication to Anthony, Jules and Charlie, the first-born children of the founders.

The Electra, an Orange Muscat, is amazingly fresh and almost alive with orange and peach flavors. Having a tingly, electric-like sensation on the end of the tongue, this dessert wine has only 4% alcohol, as opposed to the typical 12-14%, making it terrifically light.

This full-bodied wine smells like black currants and blackberries, tastes ripe, and is lightly tannic to give it a little grip. Bring on the beef or pork tenderloin.

Barefoot Pear Fruitscato offers vibrant, ripe pear flavors complemented by delicate hints of white flower aromas. Its refreshing taste is balanced with a smooth, lingering finish that makes each sip a delight.

Our 2021 Mark West Cabernet Sauvignon brims with layers of blueberry and blackberry preserves with hints of spice. Underlying note of toasted vanilla and caramel give the wine an elegance. The finish is rich and smooth with a lingering touch of dark plum.

Flat Top Hills Red Blend is a mouth-watering, medium to full bodied wine with cinnamon stick and spie components that marry well with generous, dark fruit and bright raspberry fruit notes. This well-structured, balanced wine statisfies the palate with a medium to long finish.

Named in honour of faithful hounds everywhere, Bar Dog offers a well-balanced, refreshing chardonnay. Its aromas and flavours of lifted ripe pineapple fruit, followed by notes of nuts, honey and citrus lead to a fresh finish. Pair with roast chicken, grilled pork chops or vegetarian fare and enjoy with Spot at your side.
