San Simeon Cabernet Sauvignon offers bright aromas of raspberry and black cherry. Ripe flavors of spicy plum, wild-berry notes, and currant are complemented by nuances of cocoa and cedary oak from barrel aging. Structured tannins provide texture and depth with a lengthy finish. Made with 70% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 1% Petit Verdot. The resulting wine shows all of the classic perfumed Alma notes of lavender, cacao, black olive, scorched earth, graphite and dusty herbal nuances.
