The 2021 Bodyguard is a sleek yet powerful blend of Petit Verdot and Petite Sirah, displaying both opulence and structure. The 2021 vintage presents fragrant fruit aromas of blackberry, raspberry, currant and crème de cassis. Hand-harvested on September 19th, the Mourvèdre grapes were foot-tread and fermented 100% whole cluster with native yeast, basket pressed, then aged in five neutral oak barrels for ten months, then bottled July 12th 2018.

The 2019 Intercept Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of ripe blackberries, red currants, and dried herbs. The wine is full-bodied with flavors of baking spice and plush ripe fruit with a long, fine grained tannin finish.

The 2020 Serial Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon stands out with deep color and aromas. Wild, red and black berries, sweet herbs and cedar on the nose intensify on the palate with Chambord, chocolate nib, mocha and licorice flavors. Savory notes of black pepper and cigar balance the richness of the fruit and accentuate a long back-palate finish. Smooth and supple, the tannins are velvety with medium plus body.
This vineyard has always shown intense concentration of flavors due, in part, to the small yield that we receive. This wine has a silky texture, with flavors of chocolate, cherry and eucalyptus mint.
