Khidistauri Is a dry red wine made from Tavkveri, Shavkapito, Goruli mtsvane and Chinuri grape varieties originated from the Kartli region. Alain Graillot stumbled upon these vineyards and the Thalvin winery while bicycling in the Zenata region of Morocco between Casablanca and Rabat. It is a beautiful area with cool winds blowing off the Atlantic and no polluting industries. The Thalvin winery has been around since the 1920s and after some discussion, a deal was reached and Thalvin provided Graillot with parcels of Syrah vines to produce Syrocco.

Kisi grape were selected from our old vineyards, and fermented for six months in the traditional clay vessel - Ovevri buried in the ground in our wine cellar. After the primary fermentation the wine is pressed and transferred to the French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and maturation. Aromas of dried peach, pines and white flowers, The palate is full, with flavors of black tea and pears supported by firm tannins, followed by a long lingering finish.

Dry white wine of protected designation of origin Tsinandali is an excellent wine from Georgia, made from the highest quality grape varieties. Cultivated in Tsinandali micro zone. The wine has a pale gold color, fruity flavor and balanced taste. This wine is recommended together with salads, cheese, dishes from poultry and fish under the temperature of 50 °F - 57 °F.

Saperavi is an excellent wine from Georgia, made from Saperavi sort of grape cultivated in Kakhetian region. This wine has a dark ruby color with a cherry flavor and a smooth berry taste. This wine pairs well with veal, lamb and cheese. Best served between 60 °F and 65 °F.
