Alazani Valley is an excellent wine cultivated at Eastern Georgia. This wine is produced using selected Saperavi grapes grown in winery's own vineyards. This wine has a rich fruit tones and balanced unique flavor, recommended to be served together with fruits and cheese under the temperature of 60 °F - 65 °F.
The wine appeared in 1981 and is named after the artist Nikolai (Niko) Pirosmanashvili. The wine is made from Saperavi grapes. After 5-7 days of maceration, when the desired level of residual sugar is reached, the fermentation process is stopped by cooling and filtering the wine, thereby preserving its natural sweetness and freshness. Dessert wine, served with fresh fruits, desserts and cream cheeses.
Appellation controlled wine, produced from specially selected Saperavi grapes grown in Kindzmarauli appellation of Kakheti region. The wine perfectly displays aroma peculiar to this variety combined with notes of cherry and blackberry, presented with dark red color.
