Mosmieri Tsinandali 2017 is a white dry wine made entirely from autochthonous Rkatsiteli grapes. The wine is made from Rkatitseli grape variety from Telavi region using old Georgian traditional technology. Juice fermentation and aging on skins was done in Qvevri for 6 months. The wine is characterized with light straw color, soft tannins and velvet aftertaste. Best matches with cheese and meat.
Made from Mtsvane grape variety harvested in Kakheti region, Manavi micro-zone. Wine has straw color with tints of green, characterized with the aromas of pear and field flowers and well balanced acidity. Food pairing: chicken salad, cold dishes.
Grüner Veltliner is the “queen” of the white varieties in Austria. Its main characteristics are the fruity-spicy nose, also called “Pfefferl” referring to pepper.
The bouquet promises fresh fruits and ripeness as well: yellow apple, honey melon, and a hint of quince. Subtle exotic hints enhance the juicy feeling on the palate, while the classic aspects of Grüner Veltliner with pronounced herbal, spicy, and peppery fruit are evident more during the long aftertaste. QVEVRI Rkatsiteli is a light amber color wine with orange hunts, made In a traditional ancient way. Nose is intense, with aromas of white fruits and fine herbs flavours. Mouth is complex and mineral, finishing on herby aromas and fresh tannins.
