Alexandreuli is a natural, medium-sweet wine made from a blend of Alexandreuli and of Mujuretuli grapes grown in Marani's Kondoli Vineyards. The color is bright ruby. Intense raspberry- and strawberry-juice nose, underlined by a touch of white-pepper hints. The palate is fresh, elegant, sweet but not heavy, with pomegranate and pepper notes lingering into a sweet-sour finish. Matches with desserts, walnut cake, or soft, full-flavored cheeses. Serve at 54–58 degrees F.
Saperavi is a dry red wine, made from Saperavi grapes, is a rich purple red and youthful, with plenty of woodland berry fruit and cherries on the nose. The taste is well balanced with spicy notes. Food matching: roast beef or lamb and grilled steak. Serve at +16C .. 18C
Dry red wine made with 100% Saperavi grapes harvested in Mukuzani PDO in Kakheti region. Wine was matured in oak barrels for 6 months and has a dark ruby color, well defned Saperavi grapes aroma, cherry and vanila tones with velvety taste and firm body. Semi-sweet red wine made from Saperavi grapes is produced in a traditional way. After 5-7 days of maceration, when the desired level of residual sugar is reached, the fermentation process is stopped by cooling and filtering the wine, thereby preserving its natural sweetness and freshness. Dessert wine, served with fresh fruits, desserts, it goes well with spicy meat dishes, spicy cheeses and chocolate cakes.
Mildian red semi-sweet wine is made from Ojaleshi grapes, planted in Racha-Lechkhumi and traditionally fermented in kvevri. The drink has a deep, bright ruby color and aromas of lively fruit, ripe pomegranate and cherry, with pronounced ojalesh varietal notes. Deep cherry red color, with black prune, blackberry, cherry and vanilla tones. The aftertaste is long and spicy with touch of oak, supported by silky tannins. Perfect pair to grilled beef, game and old cheese. Recommended serving temperature 66-68 degrees F.
