Wine Man Cabernet Sauvignon 2007
The varietal, dry red wine is produced from a premium-quality cabernet sauvignon grape variety harvested in the Telani district, on the right bank of the Alazani River in the Kahketi province of Georgia. The wine features a ruby color. A fine bouquet with the tender aroma of plums and blackcurrants with a mild, oaky taste. Excellently complements meats, poultry, or aged cheeses. Recommended serving temperatures of 63–65 degrees F.

Jorjadze comes from a noble dynasty of Kakhetian Dukes who had a significant influence in the development of Georgian wine production. Alexandre's grandfather, Prince Alexandre M. Jorjadze, was a well-known winemaker who had admirers of his wine in Tiflis.
