Williams & Humbert Dry Sack Medium
Dry Sack Medium is bright amber in color with a deep, yet delicate nutty bouquet. Due to its character—its taste being neither very dry nor very sweet and its alcoholic strength—It is the perfect aperitif or wine for all occasions; a perfect partner before or after meals. It can be served chilled in the traditional glass (copita) or as a long drink on the rocks.
Palomino and Pedro Ximenez. The House of Williams & Humbert, founded in 1877, has been producing some of the world's best sherries and brandies for over a century. Among its most popular is DrySack, first produced in 1905. Dry Sack is the result of a unique blend of amontillado, oloroso, and pedro ximenez, neither too sweet nor too dry, and distinct from all others as a result of the wines selected for blending.
