Bright, clean andaromatic with rich fruit, subtle oak and crisp, clean finish. Fruit from dry farmed, old vines Gin Gin (or Mendoza) clone of Chardonnay was fermented in stainless steel (80%)to preserve delicacy and brightness and French oak (20%) for added texture and mouthfeel.
