Perfect with a pan-seared filet mignon served over a jumbo grilled portabella (or portabello) with an Autumn Leaf Red reduction.
Tomasello Winery, founded in 1933 by Frank Tomasello, is located in the heart of the Outer Coastal Plain AVA region in Hammonton, New Jersey. Formerly a berry farmer known for his raspberries, strawberries, peaches, and sweet potatoes, while also growing grapes on the side, Frank converted the farm entirely to a winery and vineyard after the end of Prohibition. Today, the Tomasello family is dedicated to the production of fine varietal wines made from grapes grown on 70 acres, as well as the production of premium fruit wines.
