The 2025 release marries two distinct mashbills: one with 70% soft red winter wheat and 30% malted barley, the other made entirely from malted wheat. The result is a deeply expressive whisky that showcases the richness of the grain and the craft behind every drop.
Aromatically, its sweet and subtlestrawberries, raspberries, vanilla, caramel, and warm wheat bread lead into hints of fresh leather and powdered sugar. On the palate, rich notes of blackberry jam, buttered pastry, and silky vanilla unfold. The malted wheat gives it a luscious, creamy mouthfeel, with integrated tannins and a polished texture.
