Orchard house gathers together some of the fruitiest malts Scotland has to offer, including whiskies from the Linkwood and Clynelish Distilleries; what's more, we have sourced many of these whiskies as new spirit and laid them down in our own oak casks.

The GlenDronach 18 year old Allardice is named after the distillery’s founder, James Allardice. The Highlander was matured completely in Oloroso sherry casks, and was originally released in 2009 following the distillery changing hands back in 2008. An exceptional fruity sherried single malt.

The whiskey aging process is influenced by time & place. Aren't we lucky. These barrels have all been influenced by the greatly original source and their time in our Rick House in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The different rick house positions combined with flavor & alcohol strength.

This whiskey is distilled from malted grain and mash corn, on Honshu Island, before resting in oak barrels. It has floral aromas with caramel and spice notes, as well as a palate consisting of generous oak and cooked fruit. It finishes with a hint of smokiness.

A truly easy drinking whiskey distinguished by its subtle rye-forward flavor, our bourbon has a rye content of 21%, giving it a light but distinct hint of spice. Enjoy it on the rocks or mixed into your favorite bourbon cocktail.
