Carstairs White Seal Whiskey is a blend of Bourbons, grain whiskeys, and neutral spirits. The taste is sharp and biting just like the finish. Some of the old ad materials from the 1950s are current collectors items.

Japan- Nikka From the Barrel is a blend of mulitple types of malt and grain that Nikka reserves. Created to deliver full flavors and richness of whisky "from barrels" which only blenders can sniff and taste. The liquid marriage is rested in used casks for 3-6 months.

Clean, brilliant honey amber. Heavy with rich dried fruit, hints of mint and oranges covered with a dusting of cocoa. Faint vanilla and tobacco spice. Rich, chewy, rounded and smooth, with complex citrus, cinnamon and cocoa.

Blue Spot 7 Year Old Cask Strength Irish Whiskey embodies the unmistakable qualities of Pot Still Irish Whiskey, Blue Spot is matured for at least seven years in Bourbon barrels, sherry butts and Portuguese Madeira casks.

The second release of the Booker's Bourbon 2022 Collection is Booker’s Batch 2022-02 “The Lumberyard Batch”. This batch is named in honor of my dad, Booker Noe’s pre-distillery years. While his journey to becoming a distiller wasn't exactly a straight path, it led him to his true passion.

Our high-rye content has been a calling card for Bulleit as it provided drinkers everywhere with a delightfully spicy backbone to their bourbon. Paired with some of the finest limestone filtered water in Kentucky and aged in charred new American white oak barrels, our Bulleit high-rye mash bill is perfectly aged for sipping on the rocks or in a cocktail.

Notes of leather, toasted oak and vanilla carry into the palate, along with flavors of stone fruit and port that give way to creamy crème brulee and honey with nutty marzipan. The finish features slight tannins and notes of black tea, apricot and smoke.

Jameson Orange combines the triple distilled smooth Jameson Irish Whiskey with an all natural zesty orange flavor. This is an amazing drink to enjoy over ice or in a cocktail!

Complex and captivating aromas of warm cinnamon, vanilla bean, honey, and nutmeg. Smooth mouth-feel, with caramel and molasses up front and peppery baking spices on the end. Finish is refreshing with zesty rye spiciness.

In celebration of the long-standing ties that bond Irish and Kentucky Whiskey making, Kentucky Owl has partnered with Irish Whiskey Bonder Louise McGuane to help create our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

Finished in Cabernet Sauvignon Casks and then aged for a second time in luxury Cabernet casks. The result is a wonderfully complex bourbon with flavorful bursts of toasted vanilla, ripe fruit and spice, for an exceptionally clean, lingering, smooth finish and a rich character.

Aged in both new char and toasted barrels before being placed on ships that travel the seas and to 5 continents. Nose of toasted marshmallows, syrup and spice. Flavors of toffee, vanilla with hints of leather. Finishes with spice, cinnamon and sea salt. Non Chill Filtered.

Jack Daniel’s Triple Mash is a blend of Bonded American Malt, Rye and Tennessee Whiskeys at 100 proof. It delivers notes of honey, malt and soft oak leading to a long lasting well rounded finish.
