Kentucky- Aromas of caramel toffee, sweet char, creme brulee, cinnamon, vanilla, and apple. Bright first notes of rich caramel sweetness. Vanilla and toffee coat the front of the palate, linger, then blend with tingles of pepper, cinnamon, and a hint of ginger.

Clean, brilliant honey amber. Heavy with rich dried fruit, hints of mint and oranges covered with a dusting of cocoa. Faint vanilla and tobacco spice. Rich, chewy, rounded and smooth, with complex citrus, cinnamon and cocoa.

Aged to perfection for over 10 years on a single rack (19 barrels) in the rick house. Each Kentucky Straight Bourbon bottle has a custom label with the specific rack location and number of barrels in that bottling. Notes of vanilla, butterscotch, and oak.

The second release of the Booker's Bourbon 2022 Collection is Booker’s Batch 2022-02 “The Lumberyard Batch”. This batch is named in honor of my dad, Booker Noe’s pre-distillery years. While his journey to becoming a distiller wasn't exactly a straight path, it led him to his true passion.

Our high-rye content has been a calling card for Bulleit as it provided drinkers everywhere with a delightfully spicy backbone to their bourbon. Paired with some of the finest limestone filtered water in Kentucky and aged in charred new American white oak barrels, our Bulleit high-rye mash bill is perfectly aged for sipping on the rocks or in a cocktail.
