The ingredients and whiskey-making process of Jack Daniel's 12-year-old Tennessee Whiskey is the same as Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey - 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye. Unaged whiskey is mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal before entering into the barrel.

Tipping the scales at 124.7 proof (62.35% ABV), it uses Woodford’s standard mash bill with direct barrel to bottle entry. The flagship brand proof being 90.4 proof, this is a sizable increase of nearly 40%.

Redemption Sur Lee Rye Whiskey is inspired by an old-world winemaking technique with 95% rye and 5% barley. For the fermentation, the yeast consumes sugar converting it into alcohol and CO2.
