Baker’s Bourbon is named after Baker Beam, grandnephew of the legendary Jim Beam. Baker’s Bourbon is one of four bourbons that comprise Jim Beam’s Small Batch Bourbon Collection. The others in the series are Basil Hayden’s, Knob Creek, and Booker’s Bourbon.

Buffalo Trace is unveiling a new O.F.C. Vintage bourbon this fall. Knob Creek 15 Year Old is a Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that has been aged for 15 years. It has aromas of caramelized oak followed by hints of sweet vanilla and baking spices. The palate is smooth caramel and toffee notes paired with toasted oak and light leather.

O.F.C. 1993 Vintage Bourbon is a rare and exquisite whiskey crafted by Buffalo Trace Distillery, aged for decades to perfection. It offers deep, complex flavors of caramel, dark fruit, oak, and spice with an exceptionally smooth and lingering finish.

This small batch release is the first bourbon release for Louisville-based Peerless Distilling Co. Like the distillery's rye whiskey releases, this too is produced using a sweet mash rather than a sour mash. The Kentucky straight bourbon is bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration. Released June 2019.
