Made from a blend of Irish malted barley and grain. The whiskey is triple distilled for smoothness and then matured in ex-bourbon oak casks. Creating a whiskey that is a little spicy with smooth notes of honey, grain, and nuts.

A citrusy, spicy single pot still whiskey from Gelston’s. Irish single pot still whiskey is made in a similar way to single malt but uses a combination of malted barley and un-malted grains.
