This whiskey is named after a fire in 1910 shut down the bottling line for Old Forester. Tastes of chocolate, spice, and cookies with notes of buttercream and apricot. Smooth and spicy finish.

Calumet Kentucky Straight 8 year Bourbon is a product of a 50 Barrel Batch. The elegant mash bill is 74% Corn, 18% Rye, 8% Malted Barley. Each bottle label contains a batch number. The result of this bourbon craftsmanship is a bold, vigorous, luxurious Kentucky bourbon.

Basil Hayden Toast consists of an entirely new mashbill, replacing the traditional rye grain with brown rice, which adds a hint of sweetness and a touch less spice with increased depth of flavor that comes from secondary aging in a toasted then flash-charred oak barrel.

An intense medley of cherry preserves, drippy caramel, dark chocolate, thickened maple syrup and seasoned oak spiciness. Dark caramel coats layers of malt nuttiness and sweet graham cracker all warmed by green peppercorn and coriander spice brightened with a hint of cedar.

This Superior bourbon has flavors of butterscotch and caramel notes, delicately balanced with hints of fruit and toffee. The body is rich and lingers on the tongue for a delicate and pleasant finish.

Bringing your nose to the glass and your olfactory is treated to caramel and vanilla layered on herbal and floral notes. The mouthfeel starts oily but finishes dry. On the palate you are treated to sweet caramel, vanilla, dusted in floral notes... finishing notes of oak and a lingering spiciness.

Woodford Reserve Double Oaked is a rich and full-bodied Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, crafted with a unique double-barrel aging process. It offers deep flavors of dark caramel, toasted oak, and vanilla, with a smooth, lingering finish.

Chocolate shines through first on the nose, with oak, vanilla pudding, and spice. The palate showcases chocolate malt balls and more spicy oak, along with cornbread, and spearmint.
