Every year during Benriach's 'Maltings Season' our dedicated team of craftsmen malt barley onsite the old way using this historic floor maltings. The malt produced during our 'Maltings Season' results in a wholesome and creamy single malt of exceptional richness of character.

This rare single cask Aberlour malt was distilled in 1999 and aged for 21 years, before being bottled in 2020 at 51.2%. First-fill American oak barrel #3856 was selected by La Maison du Whisky for Poland. The small and intimate Aberlour distillery was founded in 1879 by James Fleming, who previously worked at the Dailuaine distillery. He chose the convenient location where the Lour stream flows into the River Spey.

The Dalmore Distillery has been producing exceptional single malt whisky since 1839 and, for almost a century, was owned by the Clan Mackenzie. The clan’s defining influence on the distillery is still evident to this day, with the iconic royal stag’s antlers – taken from the Mackenzie family crest – adorning each and every bottle of The Dalmore.

Taken from the very last 1984 casks from Talisker, set aside and guarded for decades for their promising potential. At the time few knew of Talisker’s tempestuous maritime character, but there was something special about these 1984 casks that made the distiller set them aside.

A first, and last, this is the first 1987 The Singleton of Glen Ord vintage and the only one ever to be released, from the last casks that remain. Slow crafting and patience were key to this rare bottling, taking time to distil the liquid and see each cask reach its peak. The result is an elegant liquid with a fragrant nose and creamy-smooth texture. The sweetly satisfying taste holds deep fruity flavours with hints of ginger.

Talisker 11 Year Old Island single malt Scotch whisky "The Lustrous Creature of the Depths". Matured in First-fill Ex-Bourbon & Refill American oak casks bottled for the Diageo Special Releases 2022 series entitled "Legends Untold Chapter 2".

This single-grain Scotch whisky was distilled at the Port Dundas Distillery, a legendary distillery that operated for 2 centuries and was at one time the largest in Scotland. Aged 26 years and bottled at 92 proof, the expression is as flavorful as it is rare.

A lively expression of The Singleton of Glen Ord; smooth and sweet, with ​ elegant winey notes intermingled with luscious red fruits, it is also spicy-dry, with ​ a gingery heat.​

Mortlach Midnight Malt 30 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky captures the intriguing twists and deep, dark secrets revealed when day transcends into the midnight hours. This finely aged 30-year-old scotch is created with Mortlach’s mysterious process and distilled 2.81 times.
