A few years ago, Buffalo Traced asked Weller Bourbon fans to login to a website and craft their perfect bourbon. The website allows you to choose a desired recipe, proof, warehouse location, and how long you would age the bourbon. The CYPB release is the whiskey consensus of thousands of bourbon lovers. This spirit is a wheated bourbon that ages on the highest tier of the warehouse for eight years until it is bottled at 95 proof.

Bardstown Bourbon Company Discovery Series #5 is a blend of straight bourbon whiskies. The blend consists of 31% 13 year old Kentucky Bourbon, 25% 17 year old Tennessee Bourbon, 25% 7 year old Kentucky Bourbon, and 19% 6 year old Kentucky Bourbon.

This ten-year-old Bottled in Bond bourbon was aged in Warehouse C, built by Col. Taylor in 1885, and the barrel warehouse he was most proud of – the final piece in his “model distillery.”

Batch 11 of Kentucky Owl Straight Bourbon is made with casks from a number of distilleries. Blended from bourbons aged for between 6 and 14 years, this offers aromas of citrus, chocolate and toffee on the nose. These are complemented by notes of more chocolate, oak spice, honey and cinnamon throughout the palate.

Redemption Bourbon Finished In Cognac Cask - this straight bourbon whiskey is a part of the cask series and is finished in Cognac Casks. Bottled at 49.5% ABV, 99 Proof.

Bardstown Bourbon Company Discovery Series #6 is a blend of straight bourbon whiskies. The blend consists of 68% 11-year-old Kentucky Bourbon, 16% 17-year-old Tennessee Bourbon, and 16% 7-year-old Indiana Bourbon. Bardstown Discovery Series #6 is a cask-strength bourbon bottled at 58% ABV.

A marriage of 4, 5 and 6 year old KY Straight Bourbon. Adored for its caramel, spicy, slightly sweet and creamy vanilla flavor notes. A complex oaky sweetness alongside orange, dark chocolate, leather and baking spices.The finish is long with sweet maple and sugar notes.

Introduced to great acclaim in the Fall of 2014, Michter’s US1 Toasted Barrel Finish Bourbon is a groundbreaking whiskey expression. It is made by taking Michter’s US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon and then aging it for an additional period in a second custom made barrel.

Baker’s Bourbon is named after Baker Beam, grandnephew of the legendary Jim Beam. Baker’s Bourbon is one of four bourbons that comprise Jim Beam’s Small Batch Bourbon Collection. The others in the series are Basil Hayden’s, Knob Creek, and Booker’s Bourbon.

Buffalo Trace is unveiling a new O.F.C. Vintage bourbon this fall. The bourbon whiskey in this release was distilled and rolled into the warehouse to rest in 1994, a year which saw box office hits like “Forrest Gump,” “The Lion King” and “Pulp Fiction,” and headlines documented Nelson Mandela’s inauguration as South African president and OJ Simpson’s infamous white Ford Bronco chase.
