Like the previous chapters in the acclaimed Little Book Series, “Lessons Honored” continues to deliver on Noe’s passion for creating first-to-world, high-quality blended whiskeys, while also honoring the Beam family legacy.

Having a nose of vanilla, dark cherries and caramel. On the palate, there is a balance of caramel and toasted oak. The finish is said to be long, with notes of crème brûlée and chocolate.

A blend of bourbons aged 15 years and up, this is the follow-up to the most decadent expression in Widow Jane's lineup. Finished in air-seasoned Appalachian oak and bottled at 99 proof, it's their oldest offering.

Nose: Upon Uncorking: notes of oak and wood char are notable. Nose: After Breathing: complex scents of dark fruit and sweet corn. Taste: Bold flavors of oak, aged spice and toasted grains are present while toffee and a subtle smoky-sweetness roll across the palate. Finish: A lingering finish mellows, leaving sweet tobacco and rye flavors with a slightly dry mouth feel.

The second release of the Booker's Bourbon 2022 Collection is Booker’s Batch 2022-02 “The Lumberyard Batch”. This batch is named in honor of my dad, Booker Noe’s pre-distillery years. While his journey to becoming a distiller wasn't exactly a straight path, it led him to his true passion.

This deep, burnished-gold whiskey has a somewhat fragrant nose and the aromas develop an almost wine-like character, with a hint of almonds lurking in the backdrop.

Created for connoisseurs familiar with cask strength whiskeys, this enormous taste profile reaches depths of flavor found only in the rarest of spirits. Booker's Bourbon Donohoe's Batch 2021-01 - a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey aged for 6 years, 7 months, and 7 days before being bottled uncut and unfiltered at 127.3 proof.

Another special release of barrel strength small batch product from the famous Jim Beam distilleries in Clermont and Boston, Kentucky. Booker's was originally conceived by Booker Noe, Jim Beam's Grandson, and originally released in 1988. At the time it was one of the few cask strength bourbons available and quickly became renowned by bourbon connoisseurs and collectors for its incredible depth and power.

Little Book® Chapter 6, “To The Finish,” is the sixth chapter in the Little Book Whiskey series. “To The Finish” offers a chance for any curious whiskey drinker to expand their palate - both seasoned connoisseurs and newcomers alike. The name of this year’s chapter offers fans of American whiskey an opportunity to experience liquid that I personally had a hand in creating and showcases the innovation of Little Book chapters over the last six years.

Hints of spicy rye and tobacco on the nose, followed by caramel and honey, dark fruit and citrus notes. The palate emulates the same complex aroma with rye, tobacco, and honey. Oak and vanilla contribute to an extremely long and harmonious finish.
