The expressions from this brand were very good and value priced across the board, but the reposado was especially memorable. Pale straw color, pleasant mix of vanilla, floral and faint pear fragrances. The flavor is sweet, with a lightly smoky finish with some vanilla tones, reminiscent of lighter peated whiskey. Hand-trimmed agave plants, or piñas, are cooked via two distinct methods which allow us to control the flavor, for a superior Tequila.
