A unique blend of unaged and aged tequila: our Joven tequila has been distilled with the agave honeys that slowly expels from the agave hearts baked inside our stone masonry ovens and blended with a specially crafted aged tequila.

Made with 100% blue agave grown in the rich volcanic soil provided by Volcán de Tequila, sourced from two distinct regions of Jalisco, the Lowlands and the Highlands, each imparting a unique flavor profile in the finished product. Hand-trimmed agave plants, or piñas, are cooked via two distinct methods which allow us to control the flavor, for a superior Tequila.

Cantera Negra Añejo offers a remarkably smooth taste and a warm finish. Although never bottled until passing the stringent taste testing standards of our family panel, it is aged for an average of 30 to 36 months.
