Founded in 2015, Flor de Luna is a pioneering micro-distillery located in the heart of Mexico City. With a tiny production crew of just five women including founder and Master Distiller, Hillhamn Salome, the team strives to create modern and exciting new spirits while paying tribute to the cultural and culinary heritage of Mexico.

Created by Hillhamn Salome and her all female distilling team this excellent gin has a perfect balance of verve and finesse. Made with many botanicals grown by Hillhamn herself the Clasica features juniper, palo santo, sage, jasmine, coriander, elderflower, lavender, rosemary, cedron, myrrh, lime & orange zests all delivered on the palate with a texture that is like soft pillowy clouds.

Elephant London Dry Gin is a handcrafted premium gin of 45% ABV that captures the spirit of Africa. Its innovative blend of 14 botanicals combines rare African ingredients with fresh apples that make Elephant Gin distinct from any other.

Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Murcian Lemon is a small-batch gin, handcrafted to celebrate nature’s finest flavours of Murcia’s [Spain] most exquisite citrus. Sustainably-sourced Murcian Fino lemons, mandarins and sweet Navel oranges of exceptional quality are hand-picked and hand-peeled from the late harvest, when their aromas and flavours are most intense.

Whitley Neill bottled at 43% abv (previously 42%). A London Dry Gin made with African botanicals including extracts from the Baobab Tree (known as the Tree of Life) and Physalis fruit.

Unique gin distilled with botanicals such as yuzu, green bitter orange peel, coriander, licorice & angelica root. Color: clear. Nose: Very aromatic with notes of yuzu, citrus, and spices. Palate: same characters as the nose with a smooth texture and fresh finish.

Johnny Neill expands on the rich gin-distilling history of his family with fresh and modern takes on the classic spirit. This expression adds Sicilian blood oranges for an extra layer of crisp and citrusy fruitiness.

This gin has a base of organic New York State wheat with botanicals such as juniper berries, lemon peel, grapefruit peel, rosemary, and ginger. This handcrafted gin has a great depth of character to it – just like Brooklyn, where it is distilled.
